The treadmill is ready to use with a total of 10 workouts, including 6 pre-set, 2 user-defined, and 2 heart rate control programs.
There are handrail-mounted toggle switches, making it easier to control the speed and incline, and a heart rate control feature that allows you to exercise within your optimal training zone. A built-in sound system allows for the connection of an iPod or MP3 player.
The unit is endorsed by a lifetime warranty on the frame, motor, and deck, 5 years on the electronics, and 2 years of in-home labor.
