The treadmill provides built-in training expertise with the inclusion of 20 in-built workouts. Each of these automatically adjust the incline and speed, in order to meet your calorie burning or distance goals.

   

The center piece of the control console is the LED display which shows essential workout data such as speed, time, distance, and heart rate. There is also “calories burned” meter incorporated into the display.

   

This model is iFIT enabled with the iFIT unit already built in. You can customize your own fitness program, receive workout downloads, and manage your profile online. This feature requires a home wireless internet connection, and membership to iFIT.com sold separately.

In the $800 to $999 range is the NordicTrack C 990. This is a space saver (folding) treadmill which means that it can be folded into a near upright position after use so that it then occupies less floor space.

   

Powered by a 3.0 CHP motor, it can sustain speeds of up to 12 MPH with a deck that can be inclined up to 12% of grade. Workout variety is provided by 32 in-built programs which vary the speed and incline of the running surface automatically.

   

The control console features a 7″ full-color, web-enabled, touch screen that allows the user to browse online during their workout. All the usual workout data such as speed, time, distance, incline, calories burned, and pulse can be navigated through menus with a swipe of the finger.

   

This model is iFIT enabled with the iFIT module already built in. You can download additional workouts, track your fitness online, and customize your fitness program. This feature requires a home wireless internet connection and subscription to iFIT.com, which is sold separately.

In the $1000 to $1499 range is the NordicTrack Commercial 1750. This is a “space saver” or folding model that showcases many innovative technical features to engage and motivate the user.

   

A long (60″) and wide (22″) tread belt is powered by a 3.8 CHP continuous duty motor. The deck is supported by the “Runner’s Flex” cushioning system that has been designed to reduce the impact on your joints and deliver a more comfortable running surface.

   

This treadmill is iFIT enabled with the iFIT unit already built in. This feature allows the user to customize their own fitness program, receive automatic workout downloads, and manage their profile online. A home wireless internet connection and subscription to iFIT.com is required to enjoy this feature.

   

The console features a web-enabled, color touch screen. The user is able to view workout stats with a swipe of a finger or go online to access email, watch sports, or engage with social networks. The decline feature allows you to activate different muscles for faster results by walking at a decline.
