This treadmill is a space-saver design, allowing you to fold it up after use. It is powered by a 3.0 CHP motor and features the “ProShox Plus” cushioning system for a comfortable workout experience.
There are 20 workout programs available, including Performance and Weight Loss Workouts. The Performance Workouts are designed to help you run faster, jump higher, and get stronger, while the Weight Loss Workouts are specifically designed to assist you in burning calories and losing weight.

Workout Programs
This treadmill comes pre-loaded with 20 workouts split into two functional groups: Performance Workouts and Weight Loss Workouts.
The 10 Performance Workouts are designed to help you run faster, jump higher, and get stronger by pushing your limits within your exercise regime.
The 10 Weight Loss Workouts are designed specifically to assist you in losing weight by helping you burn the maximum number of calories. You can select the amount of calories you want to burn and choose the time you want to work out, and the program will take control.
Workout Intensity Control
An unusual feature is the “Workout Intensity Control.” This allows you to easily add or reduce the intensity of your workout. You can raise the workout intensity if you feel you aren’t working hard enough, or lower it for a more comfortable workout.
Drive Motor
The treadmill is powered by a 3.0 CHP Mach Z drive motor. In addition to providing a smooth, quiet workout, the motor contains an axial cooling fan that cools down the temperature of the internal components, extending the working life of the motor.
iFIT Technology
This treadmill is iFIT compatible, allowing for a wireless connection between the Internet and the treadmill. It features workouts powered by Google Maps, training with Jillian Michaels, and automatic speed and incline controls.
