NordicTrack GX 3.0 Sport Cycle
This is the entry-level model in NordicTrack’s range of “sports” or “spinning” exercise bikes. The NordicTrack GX 3.0 Sport Cycle is similar to a racing-type cycle with the seat, pedals, and handlebars positioned for a forward-leaning, crouched-down posture.
This trainer features a heavy (44 lbs) inertia-enhanced flywheel that provides a smooth, natural action, and a resistance mechanism to adjust the intensity of the workout. It also includes a brake lever below the handlebars to quickly stop the bike’s motion.
The equipment is covered by a 5-year warranty on the frame and 90 days for parts and labor.

Adjustable Seat
The saddle seat is similar to one found on a road-going bike but offers a greater degree of adjustment. It can be adjusted for height and moved forward and back to obtain the optimum seating position. Large locking knobs securely hold the seat in place.
Precision Flywheel
An important component of any exercise bike is the flywheel. This model features a 44 lbs inertia-enhanced flywheel designed for smooth operation and a natural pedaling feel.
Resistance Mechanism
An adjustment knob located behind the handlebar stem allows you to change the workout intensity. Simply turn the knob to vary the resistance to your pedaling effort.
Braking System
Co-located with the resistance mechanism, a brake lever enables you to apply the brakes and quickly bring your cycling session to a halt, just like on a normal road-going bike.
Pedals with Toe Clips
Just like on a road-going bike, this trainer is equipped with pedals that have built-in toe clips and straps.
Water Bottle Holder
A conveniently located water bottle holder is attached to the frame in a similar position as you would find on a conventional cycle.
Transport Wheels
The equipment has two transport wheels attached to the front of the frame, allowing for easy movement from one location to another.
