NordicTrack X7i Incline Trainer
This is the 2017 version of the NordicTrack X7i incline trainer, a fully featured exercise machine designed for home use and powered by a heavy-duty 2.75 CHP motor.
The equipment offers an incredibly wide range of inclines ranging from -3% to 40%, which effectively works all the muscles in your legs, especially those used in hiking and climbing activities.
NordicTrack’s legendary “Reflex” cushioning is used to protect your joints from harmful impact. This proprietary cushioning suspends nearly the entire length of the deck between two isolators, absorbing more impact.
An exciting feature is the iFIT Coach. This lets you track your progress, download new workouts, and experience virtual tracks all over the world. Please note that this feature requires a tablet computer and a subscription to iFIT.com.
The product is underwritten by a lifetime warranty on the frame, motor, and deck, 5 years on parts (including electronics), and 2 years of labor.

Workout Programs
Having a good variety of preset programs is key to maintaining motivation and achieving your fitness goals. This model has 38 built-in workout programs.
Each program is designed by a certified personal trainer and automatically adjusts the incline and speed of the machine. The workouts focus on calorie-burning, incline, speed, or intensity goals.
Drive Motor
A DurX 2.75 CHP motor powers the unit. This motor delivers the longest, most powerful drive possible, thanks to high-end commercial bearings and brushes.
The unit is dynamically spin-balanced and extensively tested for superior performance in vibration and noise.
Backlit Display
The control console features a 7″ backlit display that tracks your speed, time, distance, heart rate, and calories burned. You can see your progress on a visual quarter-mile racetrack.
Heart Rate Monitor
A “CardioGrip” heart rate monitor is built into the handlebars, helping you make the most out of every workout by monitoring your heart rate via sensors. A wireless chest strap is also included.
iFIT Coach Ready
Stay entertained and engaged with your exercise regime using the latest in fitness technology – the iFIT Coach. You can check your progress, download new workouts, and run virtual tracks from all over the world using Google Maps technology.
The iFIT wireless technology is built-in, and you can access your iFIT account from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Please note that a tablet computer or similar device and subscription to iFIT.com are required, sold separately.
Speed Control
“1-Touch” controls are used to control speed. You can instantly change the speed of the trainer between 0 to 12 MPH with a single touch of a button.
Incline Control
The “1-Touch” control technology is also used to change the inclination of the running deck with a single touch of a button. The incline can be adjusted from 0 to 40% and declined down to -3% grade.
Workout Cooling Fans
The trainer is equipped with dual “AutoBreeze” workout cooling fans mounted in the console. These high-output fans automatically adjust their output to the speed of the trainer, providing more cooling air when needed.
Built-in Speakers
The incline trainer features an auxiliary music port, allowing you to hook up your music device to the treadmill and listen to your favorite music or audiobook via the built-in twin 3″ speakers.
Safety Key
A safety key and lanyard are provided with the equipment. The key must be present in the control console for the incline trainer to be operational, ensuring it can’t be operated by unauthorized users.
The safety key has a lanyard with a small plastic clip attached to one end, which can be clipped onto the user’s clothing. If the user accidentally trips or falls, the key is pulled away from the console, causing the walking belt to slow to a stop.
Tablet Holder
This incline trainer includes a tablet computer holder attached to the control console, designed for use with most full-size tablets. The holder keeps your tablet secure and in close proximity for easy access to online training tools or entertainment.
