Lets explore some of the features:

… workout programs

Reaching your fitness goals with a treadmill requires both motivation from the user and having a variety of preset programs. The treadmill benefits from a number of built-in workouts that are split into separate functional groups.

Having the workouts grouped together into separate groupings makes it easier for the user to select the appropriate workout for the intended goal they are trying to achieve.

The exercise programs include two target heart rate programs, five speed programs, five incline programs, 5K/10K programs and two customizable programs in which the user is able to choose the speed and incline for each workout segment.

… intelli key prompts

The treadmill has an innovative Intelli-key feature that guides the user through console operations by a series of prompts.

These prompts are made using intelligent lights inside the control buttons that automatically flash when they need to be pressed to continue operation of the treadmill.

… LCD and LED displays

The console has separate LCD and LED display windows in order to present workout data to the user.

The large blue backlit LCD in the center of the console has a program matrix that shows the exercise program that the user has selected and the progress through the course of the workout.

In addition there are three LED windows that allow the user to see all readouts including speed, incline, time, distance, calories and heart rate, simultaneously.

… handlebar controls

A useful feature is the auxiliary controls built into the handlebars. These allow the user to safely control both the speed and the incline of the treadmill by use of the switches that are built into the handlebars.

This enables the user to make adjustments to the speed and incline during their workout without having to lean forward and use the main speed and incline controls that are mounted on the console.

… heart rate monitor

The treadmill is equipped with a heart rate monitor. This helps you to make the most out of every workout by monitoring your heart rate via sensors that are built into the handlebars. Monitoring your heart rate ensures that you’re always in the right training zone for your goals. You can get a more effective workout, burn more fat, and improve your cardiovascular health.

… aluminum side rails

Aluminum top extrusion rails give a nice sharp appearance and contribute to the equipment’s durability. These rails not only provide aesthetic appeal but the aluminum provides the strength and toughness needed for the serious home user or in light commercial use.

… incline adjustment

The treadmill has 15 levels of incline. Most of the in-built workout programs incline the running deck so that you can simulate walking or running uphill. The user also has the facility to adjust the incline level using the buttons on the control console or by using the incline buttons on the handlebars.
