Workout Programs

Each one of these has been designed by a certified personal trainer and automatically adjusts the incline and speed of the machine. The workouts focus on calorie-burning, incline, speed, or intensity goals.
Workout Cooling Fans
Dual “AutoBreeze” workout fans are mounted into the console. These are quiet in operation and automatically change the airflow to match your workout speed.
If you prefer, you can select one of several fixed speed settings. This innovative technology will help you find the right temperature so you can stay cool and comfortable during your workout.
Premium Cushioning
This trainer takes the shock out of running with “Reflex” cushioning. This specially developed cushioning increases workout comfort while keeping your joints protected from the rigors of exercise.
Most cushioning systems use a single isolator in the middle of the deck to absorb impact. The Reflex cushioning system, however, suspends nearly the whole deck between two isolators. This allows it to absorb more impact at heel-strike while maintaining stability at toe-off.
Sound System
The model features the latest Intermix Acoustics 3.0 sound system with two 3″ speakers that deliver full, rich sound.
The user simply plugs their iPod or any other MP3 player into the music port in order to listen to their favorite music during the workout.
Wireless Heart Rate Monitor
Monitoring your heart rate ensures that you’re always in the right training zone for your goals. You can get a more effective workout, burn more fat, and improve your cardiovascular health.
This model is equipped with a dual grip “CardioGrip” heart rate monitor. This helps you make the most out of every workout by monitoring your heart rate via sensors that are built into the handlebars.
