The NordicTrack X7i Incline Trainer comes with iFit LIVE. This is built-in to the console and comes with 12 months free access to iFit.com. Essentially this is a wireless connection between the Internet and the incline trainer and allows you to experience trails all over the world.

The NordicTrack X7i Incline Trainer is powered by a 3.0 C HP DurX Drive Motor. NordicTrack's drive system sustains speeds of up to 12 MPH even at high inclines.

The 0-12 MPH One Touch Speed Control ensures that at the touch of a button, the X7i Interactive speeds up or slows down to the pace you're looking for so you can focus on your fitness workout.

The One Touch Power Incline can take you instantly to slopes varying between - 6 % to 40% of grade. With the Power Incline, you can start out flat and simulate a climb as you warm up without interrupting your fitness workout.

The 350-lb. user weight capacity Deck ensures that you get all the strength and support you'd expect from NordicTrack. The heavy duty deck is designed to stand up to the toughest fitness workouts.

To help protect your joints from harmful impact, the X7i features NordicTrack's legendary Reflex cushioning. Reflex Cushioning suspends nearly the entire length of the deck between two isolators, giving it the ability to absorb more impact.

The NordicTrack Incline Trainer X7i utilizes a DurX 3.0 CHP Motor. This design of motor employs high-grade wiring and insulation ratings, and a thermal cut-off switch. Through the use of high-end, commercial bearings and brushes, this motor delivers the longest, most powerful drive possible.

The NordicTrack Incline Trainer X7i is fitted with the exciting iFIT LIVE Technology. This consists essentially of a wireless internet connection between the Internet and the X7i. Using Google Maps, iFit LIVE allows you to experience trails all over the world and watch your progress on the color display map.

To further enhance your hiking experience, iFit LIVE automatically adjusts your incline to simulate the physical features of the terrain. You can work out with Jillian Michaels, customize your own fitness program, receive automatic workout downloads and manage your profile online. You are also able to add competition to your workout with 5k races against your Facebook friends.

Other exciting features include a nutrition and activity tracker, motivating text messages and emails, and workout videos available for download. It shoukd be noted that a wireless internat network connection is required in order to use this feature.

The NordicTrack X7i Incline Trainer takes the shock out of running with Reflex Cushioning. This specially developed cushioning increases workout comfort, while keeping your joints protected from the rigors of exercise.

Most cushioning systems use a single isolator in the middle of the deck to absorb impact. The Reflex cushioning system, however, suspends nearly the whole of the deck between two isolators. This allows it to absorb more impact at heel-strike, while maintaining stability at toe-off.

The NordicTrack X7i Incline Trainer is equipped with a Dual Grip CardioGrip heart rate monitor. This helps you to make the most out of every workout by monitoring your heart rate via sensors that are built into the handlebars.
