The ProForm Endurance 920E elliptical is a new model for 2016. This high-end, forward drive machine has many exciting features including a power adjustable stride, adjustable pedals, and a web-enabled full-color, touch-screen display.

A key feature is the ability to adjust the incline and thus change the shape of the user’s stride. This allows the user to concentrate on developing one or more specific muscle groups.

Other features include 32 workout programs, 24 digital resistance levels, Silent Magnetic Resistance (SMR) braking, “CardioGrip” heart rate monitor with a wireless chest strap, a workout cooling fan, a tablet holder, and a sound system with iPOD/MP3 connectivity.

Workout programs: The 32 built-in workout programs are divided into groupings of calorie workouts, intensity workouts, and performance workouts. Each workout automatically controls the resistance of the pedals and the incline of the ramp and prompts you to vary your pedaling speed as it guides you through an effective workout. You can also set a customized workout goal with the set-a-goal workout. Each workout has been designed by a Certified Personal Trainer to assist you in achieving your fitness goals, whether it be to lose weight or tone up.

Power adjustable stride: An innovative feature of this elliptical trainer is the power adjustable stride. This feature allows the stride length to be altered to provide a better fit for the person using the trainer at the time. A set of buttons on the control console allows the stride length to be reduced or extended up to a maximum of 20″. This is particularly useful in a setting where multiple users are going to use the trainer, as the stride length can be quickly adjusted to suit individual requirements.

Web-enabled screen: The console on this elliptical has a web-enabled, touch-screen display.
