The elliptical trainer offers 24 built-in workout programs that automatically control the resistance and incline of the pedals. Each program is designed by a Certified Personal Trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals.
The operating console features a 5″ back-lit display that provides information on workout parameters such as calories burned, distance, incline, pulse, resistance, RPM, stride, and time. The power adjustable stride allows you to customize the stride length for a better fit and individual requirements.
The elliptical uses Silent Magnetic Resistance (SMR) braking, offering smooth and frictionless resistance adjustments without interrupting your workout. It also features an adjustable ramp that allows for elevation changes between 0 to 20%, engaging different muscle groups.
The model provides 20 digital resistance levels for increased calorie burning and muscle toning. The pedals are cushioned and adjustable, with a textured surface for comfort and stability during workouts.
The elliptical trainer includes a “CardioGrip” heart rate monitor built into the handlebars, allowing you to monitor your heart rate and optimize your workout.
