Sole TT8 Treadmill - this is a non-folding exercise treadmill that has a 22" x 60 " running surface that is driven by a 3.5 HP continuous duty motor capable of driving the belt at speeds of up to 12 mph and inclines of up to 15 deg. of grade.

The frame of the Sole TT8 features an epoxy powder coated paint, baked to appliance finish durability. This finish protects the all-steel, welded construction. The frame is all but indestructible and is covered by a lifetime warranty.

In the engine room of the Sole TT8 you will find a powerful, 3.5 HP continuous duty motor that delivers speeds of up to 12 mph and inclines up to 15% to meet the most demanding fitness enthusiast.

The motor is of industrial quality and fitted with a large diameter, all-steel zinc coated balanced flywheel for a vibration-free secure running/walking surface.

The motor runs cooler with less current draw thanks to this flywheel and gives an extended motor life. Another benefit is a start speed of 0.1mph or 1/10 of 1mph. that is super slow and allows very easy and smooth starts to your fitness workout.

The Sole TT8 uses precision rollers that are usually found only $5000 exercise treadmills. These are 2.75 inch rollers with a sealed bearing design and copper ground wires for each roller to reduce static.

These large rollers allow for a larger contact surface against the belt and longer roller and belt life. This results in a smooth, quiet, static free motion.

Double woven 2-ply belts with four layers are used on the TT8. Two rubber layers are laid over a middle PVC layer with a nylon backing that rolls over the deck and rollers.

The rubber provides the durability, the PVC stops the belt from over-stretching and the nylon provides a smooth static free surface to glide over the deck and rollers.

Although other exercise treadmill manufacturers fit Whisper decks this deck is exceptionally smooth and quiet and so durable that Sole offer a lifetime warranty on it. If it wears out Sole will replace it for free.

The Sole TT8 offers the stability and durability of all Sole Treadmills, and includes the proprietary Cushion Flex Decks. This system offers stability for the user while reducing stress to hips, knees ankles and spine.

The TT8 combines 6, easy-to-follow pre-programmed workouts with four customizable workout programs and three heart rate programs.

Summary:

The Sole TT8 is a non-folding treadmill. It has a 22" x 60 " tread belt powered by a 3.5 HP continuous duty motor and is able to sustain speeds of up to 12 mph and has an incline that is adjustable within the range of 0 to 15 deg. of grade.

There are six preset workout programs, two customizable programs, and two heart rate programs. A red display includes a message board for clear instruction and feedback on your speed, incline, time, distance traveled, calories, pulse, and pace. There is also a 1/4-mile digital track that you can follow as you run and a peak-and-valley graph that corresponds to individual programs.

The console has built in speakers which allow you to hook up any MP3 player or iPOD and a large stop switch for safety. There are also twin workout cooling fans built into the console and speed and incline controls on the armrests in addition to the ones on the console.

Heart rate monitoring is taken care off by twin sensors on the handgrips and also a "chest strap" that may be worn by the user for wireless telemetry of your heart rate. This treadmill also has the "heart rate control" feature which modulates the workout is response to your heart rate so that you remain in your target heart rate zone.
