There is also a NEW for 2012 version of the NordicTrack Commercial 1750. Offering fantastic value for money this is a real "beast" of a machine available at a modest price. A powerful 3.5 CHP Commercial Pro motor is used to drive a huge Commercial 60" x 20" tread belt that can be inclined up to 15% and surprisingly declined down to -3%. This facility is usually only found on much more expensive treadmills. There are 36 workout programs and a "Set a Goal" workout center. The innovative iFIT LIVE technology allows wireless connection between the internet and your treadmill. Powered by Google Maps, iFIT LIVE allows you to experience trails all over the world and watch your progress on the display map. To further enhance your hiking experience, iFIT LIVE automatically adjusts your incline to simulate the physical features of the terrain. The flagship of NordicTrack's range is the NordicTrack Elite 9500 PRO. Currently retailing at $1999 this is an amazingly low price for such a fully featured, high tech. machine. The specifications alone are quite impressive with a 4.0 CHP motor, 375 lb weight capacity and 3" rollers, but the real surprise comes with the iFIT tablet with Android powered web browser. Connecting to your wireless internet network you can read your email, check the news or engage in social networking activities. If you are looking for an inexpensive treadmill, the NordicTrack T5.7 is well worth a look. Powered by a 2.5 CHP motor driving a 55" tread belt, and with Dual Shox cushioning it has 20 in-built workouts. This treadmill is iFIT LIVE compatible which provides extra functionality, and opens up a whole new set of workout experiences when coupled with the optional wireless adapter. The console has a large backlit display which in addition to showing the usual workout data also represents your workout graphically. Livestrong are a relatively new name in the treadmill market but are selling well helped by their emphasis on quality engineering and strong warranties. The Livestrong LS10.0T is an intermediate model and offers exceptional value against other treadmills in the competitive sub $1000 price range. This is a folding treadmill driven by a 2.75 HP motor. Smooth Fitness have added a powerful running treadmill to their new range of treadmills for 2011. The Smooth 9.65LC is a true colossus of a machine available at a modest price. This NON-folding treadmill has an enormous (21" x 64") running surface supported by 3" rollers and driven by a potent 4.0 CHP motor. Im-pression shock absorption takes care of the cushioning and there are a total of 28 programs from which to choose. Wireless heart rate control helps keep you within your "target zone" and there is an iPOD compatible music system. Smooth Fitness have now replaced their extremely popular Smooth 5.45 model. Designated the Smooth 5.65 this retains the high quality build and solid feel of it's predecessor but has a more modern design. Smooth has added wireless heart rate control and hand rail mounted switches to control speed and incline. Other new features include a sound system with iPOD connectivity and workout cooling fan. Another new SmoothFitness model is the the Smooth 6.75 which is effectively a replacement for the 6.45M. This mid priced folding treadmill enjoys the same features as the entry level SmoothFitness model but with the added benefit of a (60" x 20") running surface which is powered by a 3.0 HP motor. A sister model to the 6.75 is the Smooth 7.35 which shares the same ultra - modern styling. This folding treadmill has similar specifications and features to the Smooth 6.75 model but is characterized by a longer (62" x 20") running surface and a greater number (20) of inbuilt programs. For those who are looking for a mid to high end treadmill there is the ground breaking "9 Series" treadmills. This is a big step for SmoothFitness who have made a considerable investment in these new models. These are superbly engineered treadmills with elegant lines and many innovative features.

The Smooth 9.35 is a non-folding design and is powered by a colossal 4.0 CHP motor driving a 62" x 21" tread belt. It benefits from a huge variety of in-built programs in addition to Wireless Heart Rate Control.
