The Nordic Track A2350 provides built-in training expertise with the inclusion of 5 iFIT classic workouts and 5 iFIT Weight loss workouts each of which have been designed by a certified personal trainer to help in your training endeavours. The A2350 is fiitted with the latest iFIT Workout Card Technology. Each card is designed by a Certified Personal Trainer and plugs directly into the treadmill's console, automatically adjusting your speed and incline, while the voice of a personal trainer takes you through each workout. There is also a compatible music port for an iPod which is linked to a powerful "Intermix Acoustics" 2.0 sound System allowing you to listen to your favorite music during your workout.

The Nordic Track T9 CI has 8 weight loss workouts which can be easily modified to meet individual requirements. In addition to the 8 weight loss workouts thare are there are 4 "Create and Save" Workouts which let you design up to 4 customized workouts and then save them to be used over and over again for personalized results. The deck is cushioned by "DuraStride" adjustable cushioning system that the makers claim reduces impact on your ankles, knees and spine by 15% to 33%. This cushioning system employs a moveable isolator, which allows you to change your support from a firmer, street-like workout, to a softer, joint-friendly workout, or anywhere in between. The console has a Hi-Resolution Grafixx Display that can either show multiple information fields, or show a single large display. The AutoBreeze workout fan automatically changes the airflow to match the speed at which you are running while an Intermix Acoustics 3.0 EQ sound system takes care of the entertainment.
There are six standard programs, two user defined programs and two The console has twin workout cooling fans and built in speakers that can be hooked up to an iPOD or MP3 player. Ther is a large stop switch for safety and the console mounted speed and incline controls are also repeated on the armrests for convenience. There is a Heart Rate Control facility that uses the pulse reading from the hand grip pulse monitors, or a wireless chest strap (supplied) in order to modulate the speed and incline of the treadmill to keep the user in their target heart rate zone.
