Spirit XT200 Treadmill Review
Featuring 10 built-in programs, the Spirit XT200 treadmill has 12 quick keys for speed and incline, and 9 display windows to access information such as time, distance, incline, calories, laps, pace, and heart rate.
The oversized rollers take on more of the treadmill motor’s workload so that it runs cooler. Their large size also creates a decreased belt tension that will work to extend the life of the machine’s bearings. The 2.75″ diameter rollers are the largest in their class.
This model has 10 built-in fitness programs to keep you motivated while the display panel monitors the essential fitness statistics and presents them in an easy-to-read LCD display.
The console also includes a built-in book rack, beverage holder, and storage bin. Two fitness workout fans located on either side of the console are included to help keep you cool.
This model includes a wireless heart monitoring chest strap and pulse grip for accurate readouts. There are contact sensors to measure heart rate and controls for speed and incline located directly on the handrails.
This is a folding treadmill and incorporates a manual folding design that folds up and out of the way when your fitness workout is done.
The Spirit XT200 has a sturdy folding frame which is capable of supporting up to 350 lbs.
