Drive motor

This treadmill utilizes a powerful 2.0 HP continuous motor. This balanced motor is very smooth in operation and allows walkers or joggers to achieve speeds of up to 8 mph.

Cushioning system

The treadmill comes with a patented “Flex Deck” frame cushioning system which provides maximum protection of your joints.

Heart rate monitor

A repositioned hand grip pulse monitor is conveniently positioned at the front of the console, your hand grip pulse monitor is more comfortable to use.

Workout programs

The equipment gives you seven workout programs to choose from.

Program One – Manual – Just press start and begin your workout.

Program Two – Target Distance – This program gives you the flexibility to select your distance in either miles or kilometers. The machine will count down while you adjust your speed and incline manually.

Program Three – Target Time – Users can set time to count up or count down from a pre-specified, manually adjustable program.

Program Four – Target Calories – Simply enter the number of calories you want to burn and begin. Adjust the speed and incline level at any time to meet your needs.

Program Five – 15 Minute Pike’s Peak – After a short warm-up, the 4.25 will progressively increase the speed to a peak speed in the middle of the program and begin to taper down to a one-minute cool down at the end. There are five levels of intensity to choose from.

Program Six – 30 Minute Diamond Head – After a short warm-up, the 4.25 will progressively increase the speed to a peak speed and hold that speed based on the level (1-5) you have selected. The program will very slowly lower the speed until it reaches the two-minute cool down.

Program Seven – 45 Minute speed intervals – This is the perfect cardiovascular training program for athletes, fitness enthusiasts or those looking to lose weight. Select your level (1-5) and the 4.25 will alternately increase and decrease the speed.

Folding design

The treadmill has a quick fold-down feature that can be left down or stood up and rolled away on easy transport wheels.

Warranty details

The Smooth 4.25 treadmill is backed with a lifetime warranty on the frame and 10 yrs warranty on the motor. What’s more, you also get a 3-year warranty on all parts and 1 year labor.
