The ProForm Smart Strider 735 is a mid range, rear drive elliptical trainer featuring a power adjustable incline. It has a space saver design allowing it to be folded up into a vertical position when not in use.

Other features include 22 workout programs, 20 digital resistance levels, Silent Magnetic Resistance (SMR) braking, “CardioGrip” heart rate monitor, adjustable pedals, back-lit display, workout cooling fan and a sound system with iPOD / MP3 connectivity.

The model has 22 built-in workout programs comprising of 11 Calorie and 11 Performance workouts. Each workout has been designed by a Certified Personal Trainer in order to assist you in achieving your fitness goals whether it be to lose weight or tone up.

Silent Magnetic Resistance (SMR) braking is used on this model. This system offers a frictionless, resistance braking which is very smooth in operation and allows the user to adjust the intensity of their workout without having to break the continuity of their workout.

The control panel on this elliptical incorporates a 5″ back-lit display. The display provides information on the following workout parameters:

SPEED, TIME, DISTANCE, INCLINE, PULSE, RESISTANCE, STRIDE, RPM,

Additionally it is possible to call up a representation of a 1/4 mile track with a flashing rectangle to show your progress around the track and the total number of laps completed.
