iFIT Technology

The iFIT technology lets you experience trails all over the globe just as if you were running outside. It allows you to manage your profile online and work out with Jillian Michaels. You can even race against your Facebook friends in 5k races around the world.

Workouts

The treadmill comes with 8 workouts, including 4 Performance Workouts and 4 Distance Workouts. All of the workout data is presented on a high-resolution graphical display that animates your screen, giving you more accurate, less machine-like readings.

The built-in Intermix Acoustics 2.0 EQ sound system produces rich, equalized sound and has a compatible music port for an iPOD or any other MP3 player. The iPOD rests on the console shelf, so that it is within easy reach and leaves the controls right at your fingertips.

Preset Workouts
The key to staying motivated when using a treadmill and achieving your fitness goals is having a variety of preset programs. The treadmill has 8 workout programs split into 2 functional groups.

iFIT Technology
This treadmill is iFIT capable. In essence, this is a wireless connection between the Internet and the treadmill. The iFIT feature allows you to experience trails all over the globe just as if you were running outside.

Speed Adjustment
The innovative “QuickSpeed” control allows the user to easily jump to any speed within the range 0 – 12 MPH with one touch at any time during your workout.

Incline Adjustment
The angle of the running deck is adjusted using the “Quick Incline” control from the control panel. The slope of the incline can be adjusted within the range 0 – 12 deg.

Heart Rate Monitor
Checking your heart rate during your workout session is achieved using a Dual-Grip Heart Rate Monitor.

iPOD Connection
A universal iPOD connection is mounted on the control console. This allows the user to hook up their iPOD or MP3 player to the built-in Intermix Acoustics 2.0 EQ sound system.

Workout Cooling Fan
Exercising can leave you feeling “hot and sticky,” so it is nice to have a workout cooling fan to help you cool down. This model has a “CoolAire” workout fan incorporated into the console.
