Featuring a floating suspension design the trainer allows strides up to 38 inches. This allows the user to take short up-and-down steps, smooth elliptical-like strides, or stretch a wide running gait. Additionally the incline can be adjusted to allow targeting of specific muscle groups.
The trainer is iFIT enabled. You can access specialized workouts, track your progress, customize your training and run anywhere in the world using Google Maps. This feature requires a home wireless internet connection and subscription to iFIT which is sold separately.

Three separate functions
Offering the user tremendous variety in their workout, this trainer combines the benefits of a STEPPER, an ELLIPTICAL and a TREADMILL in a single piece of equipment.
The equipment has been designed to adapt to the way the users moves. The floating stride mechanism offers training that ranges from short up-and-down steps to long, 38-inch strides.
Workout programs
The trainer has 35 inbuilt workout programs. Each workout has been produced by a certified personal trainer to help maximize the benefit from your workout session.
These built-in workouts will assist you in achieving your fitness goals whether it be to lose weight or tone up.
Web enabled touch screen
The console on this trainer has a color, web enabled, touch-screen display. You are able to view your workout stats, or your favorite websites on the 7-inch full-color touch screen.
Many people like to be entertained during their workout as they realize that this will inevitably increase their time on the machine and so increase the calories that they burn.
The user is able to navigate their workout stats with a touch of a finger or go online to check email, or participate in social networking.
Center drive design
The trainer is based upon a center drive design. Placing the drive mechanism in the middle of the equipment allows for a greater feeling of stability when exercising.
This type design also allows for a smaller footprint than that of conventional, front or rear drive elliptical machines.
Floating suspension
The floating suspension design on this trainer rewards the user with a smooth, unconnected movement with very little impact.
This is achieved by the way in which the pedals drive the crank. Instead of the usual solid levers that transmit the users’ movement to the crank, this design uses a system of rubber belts.
This unique arrangement allows for total control of the users’ stride length and an ergonomic stride path that conforms to the users’ movement.
Digital resistance levels
This trainer makes it easier to burn calories and increase your muscle tone by allowing the user to increase or decrease the amount of resistance that is applied to the equipment’s motion.
There are a total of 24 digital resistance levels which can be selected from the conveniently located buttons on the control panel.
Incline control
The trainer allows the user to adjust the incline which consequently changes the shape of the user’s stride enabling different muscle groups to be engaged.
The incline can be adjusted within the range 0 to 10 degrees using the “OneTouch” buttons on the main control panel or the auxiliary controls situated on the handle bars.
In-handle controls
The user is able to adjust the intensity of the workout using control buttons built into the upper body arms.
The left hand upper body grip has UP / DOWN buttons to control the incline while the right hand upper body grip has buttons to control the resistance.
iFIT enabled
This trainer is iFIT enabled with an iFIT module already built into the console. This feature provides the following benefits:

The console mounted “AutoBreeze” fan automatically adjusts it’s output to the speed of the workout so that the user receives more cooling air when it’s required.
iPOD connectivity
An iPOD compatible music port is associated with a built-in music system. The user is able to plug in their iPOD (or any other MP3 player), into the music port located on the control panel and enjoy listening to music or an audio book title.
