The NordicTrack Elite C 12.9 is a mid range, forward drive elliptical trainer, that benefits from a color, touch screen with web browser. Be entertained during your workout with the ability to check the news, interact in social networks and view media.

A key design feature of this model is the power ramp. The user is able to adjust the incline up to 20% from a button on the console and so alter the shape of their stride. This allows the user to concentrate on developing one or more specific muscle groups.

The user is able to select from up to 35 challenging programs to engage their interest and help achieve specific fitness goals. Additionally there are 26 digital resistance levels which can be selected to help burn more calories or just tone up.

Silent Magnetic Resistance (SMR) braking is used on this model. This system offers a frictionless, resistance braking which is very smooth in operation and allows the user to adjust the intensity of their workout without having to break the continuity of their workout.

… digital resistance levels

This model makes it easier to burn calories and increase your muscle tone by allowing the user to increase or decrease the amount of resistance that is applied to the elliptical’s motion.

There are a total of 26 digital resistance levels which can be selected from the conveniently located buttons on the control panel.

Another innovative feature of this trainer is the “power ramp”. The elevation of the ramp can be adjusted between the values of 0 % to 20 % directly from a button on the control panel.

The trainer is also equipped with a “CardioGrip” heart rate monitor. By monitoring your heart rate using the sensors that are built into the handlebars you can make the most out of each workout.

A wireless chest strap is also included which transmits your heart rate data continuously to the display without any need to touch the heart rate sensors on the handlebars.
