A core design feature of this trainer is its “Power Ramp.” The NordicTrack E 8.7 elliptical allows the user to adjust the incline, which consequently changes the shape of the user’s stride. This allows the user to concentrate on developing one or more specific muscle groups.

iFIT Compatibility
This elliptical trainer is iFIT compatible. Using Google Map technology, the iFIT facility greatly enhances the workout experience. Train with Jillian Michaels and receive workout downloads. This feature requires the iFIT module and a subscription to iFIT, which is sold separately.
