ProForm 8.0 ZT - is a Space Saver (Folding) treadmill which means that it can be folded into a near upright position after use so that it then occupies less floor space. It is has a 18" x 55" tread belt powered by a 2.25 CHP motor and can sustain speeds of up to 10 mph. The iFIT workout cards feature workouts from America's Toughest Trainer, Jillian Michaels and plug directly into the center console. Each of these workouts automatically adjust the incline and speed of your treadmill, while Jillian guides you through each workout. The built-in sound system lets you plug in your iPOD or MP3 player so that you can listen to your favorite music during your workout. Other features include the innovative ProResponse Cushioning system and the convenience of Quick Speed and Quick Incline console controls.

The ProForm 8.0 ZT is equipped with iFIT workout card technology. The center console has a slot into which can be placed one of a number of optional pre-programed workout cards. Each card features workouts designed by Jillian Michaels, America's Toughest Trainer. You simply plug the card into the console to get started. Your speed and incline are then automatically adjusted while Jillian's voice coaches you. The iFIT Workout Cards are sold separately.
