ProForm XT 70 - is an innovative fitness machine that although similar to a conventional treadmill has a slightly different action. Essentially with every step you take, the elevation of the deck changes. It responds to your movement so that your muscles stay tense throughout the entire motion. The XT 70 also differs from a conventional treadmill in that the deck in it's initial position is NOT level. It starts from an elevated position of 10% and can be adjusted up to a maximum of 20% incline. An air-based shock absorption system has been employed that has been designed to be easy on your joints and yet powerful enough to help you lose weight and keep fit. This ProShox system has 24 positions allowing for a varied degree of cushioning from light to firm. The ProForm XT 70 has the new iFIT Live technology that allows you to experience trails all over the globe just as if you were running outside. You can manage your profile online and work out with Jillian Michaels. You can even race against your Facebook friends in 5k races around the world. The XT 70 comes and with an impressive variety of (16) workouts. These have been designed by a personal trainer and take the guesswork out of your workout by automatically adjusting the speed of the incline trainer for increased intensity. The console incorporates an Intermix Acoustics 2.0 EQ sound system, which has a compatible music port for an iPOD or any other MP3 player. There are a total of 24 positions that the cushioning system can be set to. These workouts have been designed by a Personal trainer in order to help you burn fat, lose weight and keep in shape. These programs take the guesswork out of your workout by automatically adjusting the speed of the incline trainer for increased intensity. You can choose between walking, jogging or running workouts. The speed and time of each workout is pre-determined so that all that is required to begin the workout is press the start button.

The iFIT Live feature allows you to experience trails all over the globe just as if you were actually running outside. iFIT Live enables you to customize your own fitness program, receive automatic workout downloads, manage your profile online and work out with Jillian Michaels. The XT 70 comes equipped with "QuickSpeed" control. This means that you can easily jump to any speed within the range 0 - 8 MPH with one touch at any time during your workout. You can decrease your speed immediately when you are tired and need a break, or increase it instantly for a challenging burst.
