FreeMotion Incline Trainer
Review

FreeMotion Incline Trainer - is powered by a 2.25 CHP motor. The running deck is able to incline to a staggering 40% and decline to -3% of grade. The shock absorption employed on the incline trainer is the Reflex cushioning system which has been designed to offer the ultimate in stride comfort so that you can exercise for longer periods of time.

There are a total of 9 in-built calorie goal workout programs for you to choose from. The calorie goal workouts have been designed to burn the maximum number of calories by automatically adjusting the incline and speed of the treadmill. This also helps to provide motivation during your workout.

The FreeMotion Incline Trainer also benefits from iFIT Live technology. This innovative feature provides internet connectivity, allowing you to experience trails all over the world and watch your progress on the display map. The iFIT Live technology automatically adjusts your incline to simulate the physical characteristics of the terrain.

Another surprising features is the ability of the deck to decline. This feature is usually only found on more expensive machines and has the benefit of activating different muscles by walking at a decline. This is claimed to burn more calories than walking on a flat surface and stimulate more muscle for faster results.

The console also contains an Intermix Acoustics 2.0 sound system that can be hooked up to an iPOD or other MP3 player via a compatible music port. Enjoy your favorite music whilst working out!

The FreeMotion Incline Trainer treadmill comes with a Lifetime warranty on the Motor, and Frame with 1 year cover on all other parts and 1 year labor warranty.

OK, lets have a closer look!

…powerful motor!

The FreeMotion Incline Trainer treadmill utilizes a 2.25 drive motor. This design of motor employs an axial fan that reduces noise as it cools internal components enhancing your workout environment and extending the motor's life. You are able to exercise for longer periods of time, while maintaining a smooth, consistent operation.

...calorie goal workouts!

Achieving your fitness goals with an incline trainer requires motivation and having a variety of preset programs. The FreeMotion Incline Trainer scores here with 9 in-built calorie goal workout programs.

The Calorie Workouts
help you burn maximum calories. You select the amount of calories you want to burn and pick the amount of time you want to work out, and the treadmills computer takes it from there!

...random trail generator!

In order to add to the variety of in-built programs the Freemotion Incline Trainer has a facility described as a "Random Trail Generator". This innovative feature selects sections from the built-in workouts and re-arranges then into totally new workouts so that you have a supply of fresh trails to explore and keep you motivated.

... iFIT Live!

The FreeMotion Incline Trainer is iFIT Live compatible. In essence this is a wireless connection between the Internet and the treadmill and adds motivation and additional functionality to your treadmill experience.

iFIT Live allows you to experience trails from all over the globe juts as if you were actually running them. In order to reproduce the physical characteristics of the terrain this innovative technology adjusts the incline up to an incredible 40% and decline down to - 3%.

iFIT LIVE also allows you to experience working out with Jillian Michaels, or interact with your friends on Facebook as well as being able to download workouts. It should be noted that this feature requires the iFIT LIVE module which is sold separately and an internet connection.

... enhanced graphical display!

The FreeMotion Incline Trainer allows you to keep in touch with essential fitness data while enjoying your workout. The design allows you to quickly view your workout results via this easy-to-read display. You can monitor your speed, time, incline, distance, pulse, carbs burned and calories burned. … speed control with a single touch!

Instead of tediously scrolling through options, the single touch system allows you to instantly change the speed of the treadmill between the range 0 - 10 MPH with the single touch of a button. You can decrease your speed immediately when you need a rest, or increase it instantly for a challenging workout.

… 0 - 40 % incline!

The FreeMotion Incline Trainer also uses the single touch control technology in order to change the incline with the single touch of a button instead of tediously scrolling through options as you would with traditional incline controls. The incline can be adjusted between 0 deg. up to a staggering 40 deg. of grade. This degree of incline will enable you to burn an increased amount of calories compared to walking on a flat or moderate incline.

… 0 - 3 % decline!
