The treadmill has adjustable cushioning comes and with an impressive variety of (16) workouts, which are divided into 4 functional groups. These include 4 Performance workouts, 4 Distance workouts, 4 Weight loss workouts and 4 Timed workouts.
The console incorporates a “CoolAire” workout fan and an “Intermix Acoustics 2.0 EQ” sound system. This has a compatible music port for an iPOD or any other MP3 player. The iPOD rests on the console shelf, so that it is within easy reach and leaves the controls right at your fingertips.

Drive motor
The motive power comes courtesy of a powerful 3.0 CHP motor. This Mach Z Commercial Pro unit uses direct cooling, which is a self-cooling process that extends the motor’s life and allows you to exercise for longer periods of time. Workout programs
This model has a total of 16 programs split into 4 functional groups. Each workout program has been designed by a Certified Personal Trainer.
Firstly there are 4 Performance Workouts to help you run faster, jump higher and get stronger.
Next there are 4 Distance Workouts to help you Meet your distance-training goals with 4 event-training workouts. You can Select from a choice of 1 mile, 5k, 10k or half marathon.
Then there are 4 Weight-Loss Workouts. These workouts are designed to help you burn maximum calories. Each workout has a pre-determined time, incline and speed to effectively maximize your workout time for an increased calorie-burn.
Finally there are 4 Timed Workouts. With these you can select the amount of time you want to work out and the treadmill automatically adjusts your speed and incline to meet your goal. you can choose between 4 workouts with a variety of time lengths to match your workout schedule.
iFIT technology
This equipment is iFIT capable. In essence this is a wireless connection between the Internet and the treadmill. The iFIT feature allows you to experience trails all over the globe just as if you were running outside.
iFIT enables you to customize your own fitness program, receive automatic workout downloads, manage your profile online and work out with Jillian Michaels. You can even add the thrill of competition to your workout with 5k races against your Facebook friends.
Other features include a nutrition and activity tracker, motivating text messages and emails, and workout videos that are available for download. It should be noted that this feature requires the iFIT module that is available as an optional extra, a wireless internet connection and paid subscription to iFIT.
Speed adjustment
The “QuickSpeed” control is used to regulate the speed of the tread belt. This means that you can easily jump to any speed within the range 0 – 12 MPH with one touch at any time during your workout. You can decrease your speed immediately when you are tired and need a break, or increase it instantly for a challenging burst.
Incline adjustment
The “Quick Incline” control is used to alter the elevation of the running surface. This allows you to electronically change the degree of slope up or down throughout your workout from the control panel. The slope of the incline can be adjusted within the range 0 -12 deg. You can simulate running uphill and add both challenge and variety to your exercise session.
Heart rate monitor
Being able to monitor your pulse can be very useful when exercising. This model has dual-grip heart rate monitor with built-in sensors to quickly and accurately monitor your heart rate. The user simply grips the built-in sensors to quickly and accurately monitor their heart rate.
Sound system
The control console contains an iPOD dock. This allows the user to listen to music through the built-in Intermix Acoustics 2.0 EQ sound system. The system produces a wide range of audio frequencies and a rich equalized sound. Simply plug in, press play and listen to your favorite sounds while you exercise.
Workout cooling fan
A “CoolAire” workout fan is incorporated into the console. Just a hit a button and you can enjoy a cool, refreshing breeze to help you keep you cool during even the most intensive workout.
User weight
The running deck is a critical component on a treadmill as it both acts as a surface for the belt to run over and provide a resilient platform to absorb the regular foot falls from the user.
