Heart rate monitor

Speed control

Incline adjustment

There are 20 personal trainer workouts which automatically adjust the incline and speed of your treadmill, each focusing on an aerobic, weight-loss or performance goal. The interactive coach controls the speed and incline of your treadmill maximizing your workout results.
Custom workouts
There is a facility to create your own workouts to your own individual specification. These easy to use “create and save” workouts allow you to select your speed, incline and duration and then program them into a single workout that you can then re-play time and again or design a new one.
Display panel

Sound system
An MP3 compatible music port and an Intermix Acoustics 2.0 equalized sound system are provided to allow you to listen to your favorite music during your workout.
Workout cooling fans
The treadmill comes equipped with two workout cooling fans. These console mounted fans allow you to enjoy a cool refreshing breeze and stay cool and comfortable during the most vigorous workout.
Folding frame
This treadmill has a soft drop folding frame. This is in essence a gas shock-assist “soft drop” feature that makes folding the machine away after use a breeze. The treadmill can then be gently dropped back into it’s operating position when it is time for your next workout.
