Workout options
The model has 35 built-in workout programs. Each workout has been designed by a certified personal trainer in order to help you get the most out of your workout session.
These 35 workout showcase everything the elliptical is capable of and assist you in achieving your fitness goals whether it be to lose weight or tone up.
Upper body grips
Upper body grips allow the user to burn more calories and tone the muscle groups in the arms and trunk. These workout arms feature soft touch grips and are able to accommodate any height of user. They fall naturally to hand and remain comfortable throughout the workout.
Web enabled screen
The 10″ color, touch screen incorporates a web browser. This enables the user to connect to their home’s wireless internet network and check their email, surf the web or participate in social networking activities.
Just like a normal display screen the user can check their progress, but the user is able to navigate through menus and pull up relevant workout data with just a swipe of the finger.
Digital resistance levels
This model makes it easier to burn calories and increase your muscle tone by allowing the user to increase or decrease the amount of resistance that is applied to the elliptical’s motion.
There are a total of 26 digital resistance levels which can be selected from the conveniently located buttons on the control panel.
Power incline

The fan has a low, high and auto setting. When the auto setting is selected the speed of the fan will automatically adjust itself to the speed at which you are pedaling.
