The first HRC program keeps your heart rate at a constant level while the second HRC program allows the user to input a minimum and maximum heart rate. During the workout the resistance automatically adjusts to keep the heart rate of the user at a constant level.
All of the above programs are made

different levels of intensity. The user has the facility to modify the
speed or deck incline while the program is running.

The user is able to select various exercise programs, monitor their fitness and health results, in addition to receiving encouragement and support.
During the course of your session on the treadmill your workout data is automatically stored on the USB flash drive. An often underestimated component of an exercise treadmill is the deck. The design and quality of material the deck is made from can radically alter the performance of the treadmill.
With a 350 lbs. weight-capacity this treadmill has
the strength and durability you should expect from a mid range
treadmill. Built to support the toughest of workouts, this robust deck
is built to last.
... folding frame
If you are concerned that you haven't enough room to store an exercise treadmill this model addresses this problem with it's folding design. This facility allows you to fold the treadmill into a near upright position after your workout where it will then occupy a lot smaller floor area.

storage position there is a hydraulic shock that will help lift and
lower the deck.

I will try to keep this review as straight to the point and concise as possible.
This is a great treadmill for the money. Here are a few quick pros about the unit:
1. Unit is very sturdy
2. Quality build and easy to assemble
3. Powerful motor
4. Fitness club look and feel
5. Very quiet motor, incline and running surface
6. Easy to read display (not loaded with gimmics that don't work)
7. 60" running surface (4000i model)
The list can go on, but this covers the most important aspects of it.
This unit is heavy, but that isn't a bad thing. The run on this treadmill feels comparable to that of the $6,000 Life Fitness units we used at the fitness club I managed.
Do yourself a favor; spring for the 4000i if you can. The metal side rails are a high-end finish and the 60" running board is a must if you are over 5'10".
I am 6'2" 210 lbs and I wouldn't have had such a good experience with a 54" running surface. It requires only 72" of clearance from front to back.
Whether you are a fitness novice or a fitness enthusiast, take a very serious look at this model. It wins awards for a reason and has a lifetime frame/motor warranty.
Well worth the piece of mind in my opinion.
My old treadmill died after 10 years of service. I did quite a bit of research and narrowed my choices down to two.
I found the Lifespan product had a better motor and a longer warranty.
I phoned Lifespan and spoke to an associate Bryan, who in turn gave me a great deal on a Lifespan TR4000i.
Delivery was prompt and I chose to set up the unit myself which was a snap.
The TR4000i is a solid piece of equipment the cushioned deck is awesome on my aging knees.
Not only is the unit quiet but it provides a stable platform to get a quality cardio workout.
My wife and I could not be more pleased with our purchase.
Do yourself a favor and purchase a Lifespan product you will not be sorry.
The best model even after 10 years of usage, because it has the life time warranty, so we don't want to spend huge money in replacing the motor.
