This innovative feature provides internet connectivity, allowing you to experience trails all over the world and watch your progress on the display map. The iFIT Live technology automatically adjusts your incline to simulate the physical characteristics of the terrain.

Another surprising features is the ability of the deck to decline. This feature is usually only found on more expensive machines and has the benefit of activating different muscles by walking at a decline. This is claimed to burn more calories than walking on a flat surface and stimulate more muscle for faster results.

Drive motor

The trainer utilizes a 2.25 drive motor. Heart rate monitor

The trainer is equipped with 2 hand-grip sensors that are conveniently built-in to the handlebars in order to monitor your heart rate.

Speed control

Single touch control is used to regulate speed. 0 – 40 % incline

This degree of incline will enable you to burn an increased amount of calories compared to walking on a flat or moderate incline.

0 – 3 % decline

The trainer incorporates a decline feature.This is a very unusual feature and means that the deck is able to decline from level down to a – 3 deg. decline. This feature allows you to activate different muscles for faster results by walking at a decline. Walking on a decline will enable you to burn more calories than walking on a flat surface and therefore stimulate more muscle for faster results.

Reflex cushioning

iPOD connection
