Summary:

The Sole F80 treadmill is a space saver (folding) treadmill which means that it can be folded into a near upright position after use so that it then occupies less floor space. With a 20" x 55" tread belt powered by a 3.0 HP continuous duty motor it can sustain speeds of up to 11 mph and has an incline that is adjustable within the range of 0 - 15 deg.

There are six preset workout programs, two customizable programs, and two heart rate programs. A red display tracks your speed, incline, time, distance traveled, calories, pulse, and pace. There is also a 1/4-mile digital track that you can follow as you run and a peak-and-valley graph that corresponds to individual programs.

The F80 treadmills's console has built in speakers which allow you to hook up any MP3 player or iPOD and a large stop switch for safety. There are also twin workout cooling fans built into the console and speed and incline controls on the armrests in addition to the ones on the console.
