Sole F65 treadmill - building upon the reputation of the very popular F63 model, Sole have introduced the F65. Like it's smaller stable mate this is a "space saver" or folding treadmill.

The new F65 benefits from a larger (20" x 58") tread belt than it's sister model and is powered by a more powerful 2.75 HP motor.

There are six preset workout programs including cardio training and fat burning specific programs. In addition to these six standard programs there are also two user defined programs.

The Sole F65 has built in speakers that enables you to attach an iPOD, MP3 player, CD player or other any other audio device to the auxiliary input jack so that you can hear your music selection through the speakers in the console.

To ease any concerns over reliability the Sole F65 Treadmill comes with a Lifetime warranty on the frame and motor, 3 years belt, rollers and electronics and 1 years Labor.

… plenty of power!

The Sole F65 utilizes a powerful 2.75 HP motor. This unit has been designed for a long life and quiet operation. The motor has a flywheel attached to it that allows it to run cooler whilst drawing less current and extending the life off the motor.

The integral flywheel also allows the treadmill to run at start speeds of .5mph of 1mph. The flywheel is heavier than ones found in most other machines and results in a fluid motion you would expect to find in high end gym treadmills.

Walking and running are the most natural and enjoyable forms of exercising that you can engage in but the continual pounding can take a toll on your joints. Running on some treadmills can feel like running on concrete.

The Sole F65's console has been designed to be user friendly with a large vivid blue, LCD display. The information that is displayed at all times include Speed, Incline, Time, Distance Traveled, Calories, Pulse and Pace. There is also a 1/4 mile track feature and a Peak and Valley graph for different programs.

The key to staying motivated when using a treadmill and achieving your fitness goals is having a variety of preset programs. The Sole F65 scores here with six preset programs including cardio training and fat burning specific programs. In addition to these there are also two user defined programs.

... wireless heart rate monitor!

Although the Sole F65 is fitted with a normal contact type heart rate monitor, additionally it features a wireless heart rate monitor. By wearing the supplied chest strap a wireless signal is sent to the treadmill's computer which is then able to show your current heart rate on the display screen. This has the advantage of not having to place your hands on the contact grips in order to take a heart rate reading.

... heavy duty deck!

A component of an exercise treadmill that is not often given much consideration is the deck. The design and the quality of material the deck is made from can radically alter the performance of the treadmill.

An important point to consider when choosing a treadmill is to make sure that the user weight limit is greater than the maximum user weight quoted by the manufacturer. The user weight of the F65 is 350 lbs.

The Sole F65 has speakers built in to the control console. To make use of this facility you simply connect your iPod, MP3 player, CD player or other audio device to the auxiliary input jack. The Sole F65 is equipped with twin workout fans incorporated into the console. Just hit a button and you can have a cooling breeze to keep you comfortable during even the most intensive workout.

The Sole F65 is a "space saver" or folding treadmill which means that when you have finished your workout you can fold the running deck up into a near vertical where it will occupy less floor space.

The folding mechanism incorporates an Easy Assist folding design. This feature allows you to release the deck, step back and the deck unfolds itself while you watch. The Easy Assist Folding deck design is unique to Sole and makes unfolding your treadmill all too easy.

The folding mechanism also features a Safety Lock Deck design that locks the deck into place when the treadmill is in the upright position. When in its folded position the convenient transport wheels allow the F65 to be rolled away to a suitable storage location.
