Program One - Manual - Just press start and begin your workout.

Program Two - Target Distance - This program gives you the flexibility to select your distance in either miles or kilometers. The machine will count down while you adjust your speed and incline manually.

Program Three - Target Time - Users can set time to count up or count down from a pre-specified, manually adjustable program.

Program Four - Target Calories - Simply enter the number of calories you want to burn and begin.Adjust the speed and incline level at any time to meet your needs.

Program Five - 15 Minute Pike's Peak - After a short warm-up, the Evo SX4 will progressively increase the speed to a peak speed in the middle of the program and begin to taper down to a one-minute cooldown at the end. There are five levels of intensity to choose from.

Program Six - 30 Minute Diamond Head - After a short warm-up, the Evo SX4 will progressively increase the speed to a peak speed and hold that speed based on the level (1-5) you have selected. The program will very slowly lower the speed until it reaches the two-minute cooldown.

Program Seven - 45 Minute speed intervals - This is the perfect cardiovascular training program for athletes, fitness enthusiasts or those looking to lose weight. Select your level (1-5) and the Evo SX4 will alternately increase and decrease the speed.
