The frame is a uni-weld steel construction, with no exposed bolts to loosen and rattle over time and has a lifetime warranty. The 3.0 HP continuous duty motor should provide years of maintenance-free service. The motor controller has a PWM circuit board (Pulse Width Modulation) and is silent in operation with little electrical “hum.” This gives a very quiet motor operation.
The tread belt runs over rollers which have a 22″ tube length with a solid shaft running through the entire length of the roller and press-sealed bearings. The longer length on the tube places less stress on the bearing, therefore extending the life of the roller.
The tread belt itself comprises a 2-Ply, 100% polyester, low friction, sole backing with black PVC non-slip beam top. The Whisper weave 20-degree seamless diagonally fused belt is pre-lubricated with silicon. The whole results in a long-life belt that is whisper quiet.
Shock Absorption
The shock absorption performance is soft, yet stable when your foot strikes the deck. Rubber isolators cushion the impact and transmit absorption throughout the length of the deck. This eliminates side-to-side motion that is harmful to joints, knees, and ankles.
The deck elevation mechanism is via a worm gear providing 2000 lbs of thrust throughout the entire range of motion. This will ensure no hesitation while elevating the treadmill through your fitness workout.
A large display panel indicates time, interval time, speed, distance, calories, incline, pulse, and program.
Heart Rate Control (HRC) Program
The HRC program allows you to maintain your target heart rate via a wireless chest strap. The heart rate zone indicator displays the user’s current heart rate zone at a glance.
