Smooth 7.35 Treadmill - is a new model in the Smooth Fitness 2010 lineup. This is a "space saver" or folding treadmill which means that it can be folded into a near folding position where it occupies less space. It has a huge 20" x 62" tread belt that is powered by a 3.0 CHP motor.

The shock absorption is taken care of by a "Im-Pression" cushioning system that has been designed to reduce the impact of walking and running. The running deck is designed to increase cushioning and reduce the harmful impact on your ankles, knees, hips, and back.

There are 20 inbuilt workout programs that are divided into 5 functional groups. These consist of 1 Manual program, 7 Pre-set programs, 8 Calorie programs, 2 Custom programs and 2 Heart Rate program.

The Smooth 7.35 has a built in Deluxe Sound System that enables you to attach a USB memory stick to the MP3 port to be energized so that you can hear your music selection through the speakers in the console.

The Smooth 7.35 utilizes a powerful 3.0 HP motor. This unit has been designed for long life and quiet operation. The motor benefits from an advanced Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) circuit board which is usually found on commercial treadmills. The integral speed sensors work in tandem with the PWM circuitry to ensure smooth speed changes.

Adjusting the speed and incline settings of a treadmill whilst it is in motion can be somewhat precarious as on most models the user has to lean forward from their upright walking or running position in order to adjust the console mounted control.
