Smooth 6.45 Treadmill - this has a 20" x 60" treadbelt that is powered by a 3.0 HP continuous duty motor. The shock absorption is taken care of by a "swing arm" suspension system that has been designed to reduce the impact of walking and running. The inbuilt workout programs include: Target Distance, Target Time, Target Calories, Interval Incline, Interval Speed, Weight Loss, 5K Self-Learning/Competition, Heart Rate Control. Additionally there are 3 user defined programs that can be customized. The interactive LED console allows you to monitor your speed, distance, calories, time and pulse simultaneously, while a speed profile window displays the intensity of every stage of the workout. To ease any concerns over reliability the Smooth 6.45 Treadmill comes with a Lifetime frame and motor warranty, 5 yrs on all other parts and 2 yrs labor.

… the power to drive you forward! The Smooth 6.45 utilizes a 3.0 HP motor. This unit has more power than a regular drive system and is controlled by a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) electronics usually only found on high end commercial treadmills. Optical speed sensors and the PWM electronics are used to control the motor which the manufacturer claims to result in smooth speed changes whilst dual motor fans allows you to exercise for longer periods while maintaining a smooth and consistent operation.
… take the shock out of running! Walking and running are the most natural and enjoyable forms of exercising that you can engage in but the continual pounding can take a toll on your joints. Running on some treadmills can feel like running on concrete. The Swing Arm Shock Absorption suspension on the 6.45 has been designed to reduce the impact of walking and running. … whisper quite! Running treadmills are often noisy, but the manufacturer claims that the Whisper Weave treadbelt fitted to this model coupled with the virtually silent motor helps makes it as quiet as any on the market today.
