The ProForm Power 995 is compatible with both iFIT LIVE and Nike + iPOD. The benefits of the iFIT LIVE technology include engaging in workouts enhanced by Google maps that simulate the terrain of the trail you are following and training sessions with Jillian Michaels. The Power 995 comes with an impressive variety of workouts, including: 5 speed, 5 endurance, 5 weight loss and 5 calorie burn workouts. All of the workout data is presented on a bright LED display so that you can quickly navigate through your workouts stats and check your progress.

The built in Intermix Acoustics 2.0 EQ sound system delivers a rich, equalized sound and has a compatible music port for an iPOD or any other MP3 player. The iPOD rests on the console shelf, so that it is within easy reach and leaves the controls right at your fingertips.

The ProForm Power 995 utilizes a powerful 2.75 CHP motor. This Commercial Grade Mach Z Motor allows you to exercise for longer periods of time while maintaining a consistent operation. The motor is also spin balanced to ensure a smooth and quiet operation.

In order to keep motivated when using a treadmill and achieve your fitness goals it is important to have a variety of preset programs. The ProForm Power 995 has a varied selection of programs split into four functional groups.

The groups consist of 5 speed, 5 endurance, 5 weight loss and 5 calorie burn workouts. Each workout has been designed by a Certified Personal Trainer to help you run faster, jump higher and get stronger.

These 20 workout programs showcase everything this treadmill is capable of and allow you to achieve your fitness goals.

...iFIT Live!

The ProForm Power 995 is iFIT Live capable. In essence this is a wireless connection between the Internet and the treadmill. The iFIT Live feature allows you to experience trails all over the globe just as if you were running outside.

iFIT Live enables you to customize your own fitness program, receive automatic workout downloads, manage your profile online and work out with Jillian Michaels. You can even add the thrill of competition to your workout with 5k races against your Facebook friends.

Other features include a nutrition and activity tracker, motivating text messages and emails, and workout videos that are available for download. It should be noted that this feature requires The iFIT Live Module that is available as an optional extra.
