The ProForm Endurance 520 E is an entry-level elliptical trainer available at a budget price but includes some new and exciting features.

One of these features is the ability to adjust the incline and thus change the shape of the user’s stride. This allows the user to concentrate on developing one or more specific muscle groups.

Other highlights include 18 workout programs, 18 digital resistance levels, Silent Magnetic Resistance (SMR) braking, “CardioGrip” heart rate monitor, backlit display, tablet computer holder, and a sound system with iPOD/MP3 connectivity.

Backlit Display

The operating console on this elliptical has a control panel incorporating a 5″ backlit display. The screen has a wide viewing angle, making it easy to keep an eye on all relevant workout data. The display provides information on the following workout parameters: SPEED, TIME, DISTANCE, and CALORIES BURNED.

Adjustable Incline

An innovative feature of this elliptical trainer is the adjustable incline. The elevation can be adjusted up to 20% in five settings.
