Proform CrossTrainer VX Treadmill - the design of this treadmill enables you to tone your upper-body while you run, so that you can experience both a cardio and resistance fitness workout. It has the following features; QuickSpeed and Power Incline Controls, iFIT compatibility, Competitor Control Panel, EKG2 Heart Rate Monitor, three pairs of hand weights and more. The Competitor Control Panel lets you track your progress with immediate feedback. QuickSpeed and Power Incline Controls allow you to change your speed and incline with the touch of a button. The EKG2 Monitor checks your pulse to keep you in the target heart rate. iFIT Speed Training takes the guesswork out of your workout. And the Space Saver Design frees up your space once your fitness workout is over. If you are concerned that you haven't enough room to store a treadmill the ProForm CrossTrainer VXr addresses this problem with it's "Space saver" technology. This facility allows you to fold the treadmill into an upright position after your workout where it will then occupy a lot smaller floor area. Three pairs of included hand weights give you an upper- and lower-body workout.
