ProForm 790T Treadmill
This model uses iFIT workout card technology. Each workout card is designed by a certified personal trainer and plugs directly into the ProForm 790T treadmill’s console, automatically adjusting your speed and incline, while the voice of a personal trainer takes you through each workout.
The treadmill comes with an impressive variety of 16 workouts that automatically adjust your speed, incline, and workout time to meet your fitness or weight loss goals. All of the workout data is presented on a backlit LCD display, including a racetrack-style display so that you always know where you are in your workout.
This is a Space Saver (Folding) treadmill driven by a powerful 2.5 CHP Mach Z Commercial Motor. The spacious 20″ x 55″ running surface is supported by an adjustable cushioning system.
The built-in Intermix Acoustics 2.0 EQ sound system produces a broad range of frequencies and rich, equalized sound. It is coupled with a compatible music port for an iPod or any other MP3 player. The iPod rests on the console shelf for easy reach.

Drive Motor
A powerful 2.5 CHP motor is used to drive this treadmill. This commercial-grade Mach Z motor employs an internal fan to reduce noise, cool internal components, and extend the motor’s life. This design allows for longer exercise sessions while maintaining a smooth and consistent operation.
Cushioning System

Speed Control
Your progress is regulated using “QuickSpeed” control. This allows you to easily jump to any speed within the range of 0-12 MPH with one touch at any time during your workout. You can decrease your speed immediately when you are tired and need a break, or increase it instantly for a challenging burst.
Incline Control
“Quick Incline” control is used to adjust the deck incline. This feature allows you to electronically change the degree of slope up or down throughout your workout from the control panel. The incline can be adjusted within the range of 0-12 degrees, simulating running uphill and adding challenge and variety to your exercise session.
Heart Rate Monitor
A dual-grip heart rate monitor keeps a check on your pulse. The built-in precision sensors allow you to quickly monitor your heart rate. Simply grip the built-in sensors to monitor your heart rate, stay within your optimum training zone, and burn more fat.
iPod Connection
Mounted on the control console is a universal iPod dock. You can enjoy your workout while playing your favorite music through the built-in “Intermix Acoustics 2.0 EQ” sound system. The system produces a broad range of frequencies and rich, equalized sound. Simply plug in, press play, and listen to your favorite sounds while you exercise.
