ProForm 14.0 EX Exercise Bike Review

The ProForm 14-0 EX exercise bike’s design is much the same as a regular bike with the pedals situated directly below you. This model features a web enabled, full color, touch screen.

The bike has 32 challenging programs consisting of a mixture of calorie and performance workouts. Additionally there are 26 digital resistance levels which can be selected from buttons on the control console to help you burn more calories or tone up.

Other highlights include: Silent Magnetic Resistance braking, CardioGrip heart rate monitor, workout cooling fan, tablet holder, and a sound system with iPOD connectivity.

This model is iFIT enabled with the iFIT unit already built in. Users can track their progress, and customize their workouts to individual requirements. This particular feature requires a home wireless internet connection, and subscription to iFIT.com which is sold separately.

The machine is protected by a warranty which offers a lifetime cover on the frame, 3 years on all parts and 1 year labor.
