Nordic Track Z7XI Treadmill - this has a 20" x 55 " treadbelt that is powered by a 2.25 HP DurX commercial motor. The shock absorption is taken care of by the "ProSoft 3 " adjustable cushioning system that employs a moveable isolator to enable you to customize the feel. There are 15 Personal Trainer Workouts that automatically adjust the incline and speed of the treadmill, each focusing on an aerobic, weight loss or performance goals. The Nordic Track Z7XI uses iFIT Workout Card Technology. Each card is designed by a Certified Personal Trainer and plugs directly into the treadmill's console, automatically adjusting your speed and incline, while the voice of a personal trainer takes you through each workout.
The console incorporates a Hi-Resolution Grafixx display that animates your screen giving you more accurate, less machine-like readings. This is a commercial grade motor that uses direct cooling, a self-cooling process that extends the motor's life and allows you to exercise for longer periods of time. This console mounted fan is very quiet in operation and automatically changes airflow to match your workout speed. But, if you prefer a definite setting, just select low, medium or high. ... plug in your iPod! The Nordic Track Z7XI features an "Interplay" music system with a universal iPOD dock.
