Nordic Track T5 Zi Treadmill - this has a 20" x 55" treadbelt that is powered by a 2.8 HP DurX motor. The shock absorption is taken care of by the "FlexResponse" cushioning system that integrates firmer support zones at the foot-strike and take-off portion of your stride and a softer
support zone throughout the rest.

There are 8 Quick Calorie Burn Workouts that automatically adjust the incline and speed of your treadmill, each focusing on a nominal calorie goal. Additionally there are 8 Quick Timed Workouts each of different time intervals from 15 min to 60 mins.

The Nordic Track T5 Zi uses iFIT Workout Card Technology. Each card is designed by a Certified Personal Trainer and plugs directly into the treadmill's console, automatically adjusting your speed and incline, while the voice of a personal trainer takes you through each workout.

The Nordic Track T5 Zi has a total of 16 pre-programmed training workouts, split into two functional groups that automatically adjust the incline, speed and duration of your workout in order to meet a specific fitness goal.

The Nordic Track T5 Zi console has a Multi-Window LED Display. The display will show your speed, elapsed time, distance, calories and pulse so you can monitor your progress throughout your entire workout. This console also features a 5x7 workout matrix.

When the manual mode is selected, the display will show a track that represents 1/4 mile (400 meters). As you exercise, the indicators around the track will light in succession until the entire track is lit. The track will then darken and the indicators will again begin to light in succession.
