The NordicTrack Reflex SR treadmill utilizes a DurX 2.25 HP Motor. This is a commercial-grade motor that includes an internal fan which cools internal components and extends the motor's life. As the name suggests the Reflex SR utilizes NordicTracks' legendary "Reflex" cushioning system. The main component of this is the deck which is made of a composite construction and is able absorb impact shocks without sacrificing durability.

The deck has been designed to be both strong and flexible so that it responds to your movement, absorbing impact at the heel and maintaining stability at toe off.
