The NordicTrack FreeStride Trainer FS5i is unique in having the functions of three different exercise machines in one piece of equipment. In essence it combines the benefits of a stepper, a treadmill and an elliptical into a single machine.
Featuring a floating suspension design the trainer allows strides up to 32 inches. This allows the user to take short up-and-down steps, smooth elliptical-like strides, or stretch a wide running gait.

Very smooth and excellent way to change workout in mid-stream!
Not 5 stars as there is nowhere to rest arms if you do not want to use arms during all or parts of workout.
