NordicTrack Elite 7500 Treadmill - this is a space saver (folding) treadmill. It has a 20" x 60" treadbelt that is powered by a 3.5 HP DurX commercial motor. The shock absorption is taken care of by the "DuraSoft Advanced" adjustable cushioning system that employs a moveable isolator to enable you to customize the feel. The Elite 7500 has 35 inbuilt workout programs split into functional groups. Of these 35 workouts, 15 are Personal Trainer workouts, 4 are Heart Rate workouts, 4 are Create & Save workouts, 4 are Event Training workouts, and 8 are Calorie Burn workouts. The console incorporates a 7" TV and Digital Tuner combined with an OSD (on screen display) that will show your favorite TV show or essential workout information in crystal-clear color. The NordicTrack Elite 7500 treadmill utilizes a DurX 3.0 HP Motor. This is a commercial-grade motor that includes high-grade wiring and insulation ratings, and a thermal cut-off switch. It uses commercial bearings and brushes, and is dynamically spin-balanced and extensively tested for superior performance in vibration and noise to make it both smooth and quiet in operation.

The Nordic Track Elite 7500 scores here with a total of 35 workout programs divided into functional groups. The first group consists of 15 Personal Trainer workouts that automatically adjust the incline and speed of the treadmill, focusing on aerobic, weight-loss or performance goals.
The second group consists of 4 Heart Rate workouts that help you to stay in your target heart rate zone by increasing or lowering the speed when you need to raise or lower your heart rate.

The Nordic Track Elite 7500 uses Polar Wireless Heart Rate Telemetry in order track your heart rate. This system provides hands-free accurate heart rate readings via contact sensors. There are also two hand-grip sensors that are conveniently built into the treadmill's handlebars.

... and so to bed! If you are concerned that you haven't enough room to store an exercise treadmill the Nordic Track Elite 7500 addresses this problem with it's "Space saver" technology. This facility allows you to fold the treadmill into an upright position after your workout where it will then occupy a lot smaller floor area.
