Nordic Track T7 SI Treadmill - this has a 20" x 55 " treadbelt that is powered by a 2.25 HP DurX commercial motor. The shock absorption is taken care of by the "DuraStride" adjustable cushioning system that employs a moveable isolator to enable you to customize the feel.

There are 12 Personal Trainer Workouts automatically adjust the incline and speed of your treadmill, each focusing on an aerobic, weight loss or performance goals. Additionally 3 Create & Save Workouts let you design up to 3 customized workouts and then save them to be used over and over again for personalized results.

The Nordic Track T7 SI uses iFIT Workout Card Technology. Each card is designed by a Certified Personal Trainer and plugs directly into the treadmill's console, automatically adjusting your speed and incline, while the voice of a personal trainer takes you through each workout.

The console incorporates a Hi-Resolution Grafixx display that allows you to track your fitness history, visually represent your workout intensity or show you racing against a virtual competitor. The console also contains a workout cooling fan and a sound sysytem that can be hooked up to an iPOD.

The Nordic Track T7 SI takes the shock out of running with DuraStride Cushioning. This is an adjustable cushioning system that reduces impact on your ankles, knees and spine. The DuraStride cushioning employs a moveable isolator, which allows you to change your support from a firmer, street-like workout, to a softer, joint-friendly workout, or anywhere in between.

The Nordic Track T7 SI is equiped with a Club-Design CardioGrip heart rate monitor.
