… drive motor

The treadmill has at it’s core a powerful 3.25 HP continuous duty motor which has been engineered in order to be both smooth and quiet in operation.

With more than enough power to cope with the most demanding workout the motor in this treadmill enhances your workout experience by providing the power required without any drama.

The manufacturer is so confident in the integrity of the engineering of the motor that it backs it with a lifetime warranty cover.

… progress tracker

A feature known as “Livetrack Interactive” technology is used on this model. This innovative system uses a USB memory key which is provided with the treadmill to record your fitness progress.

The user inserts the memory key into the treadmill’s console where it records the user’s progress during the course of the workout. When the workout is finished, the user plugs the USB key into a computer and transfers the data to the LIVESTRONG.COM web site.

…heavy duty deck

An important although often ignored component of a treadmill is the actual running deck itself.

It is important when choosing a treadmill to ensure that any intended user of the treadmill has a weight that falls within the manufacturer’s stated maximum user weight.

This model has a manufacturer’s maximum user weight of 400 lbs which should accommodate most users.

… heart rate monitor

Contacts built into the handgrips are provided in order to monitor the user’s heart. This is the type of heart rate monitoring that can be found on the majority of treadmills.

Heart rate training, which involves working within the target heart rate zone is an extremely popular form of training and has the benefit of achieving results quicker than would normally be the case.

… virtual trails
