It has 6 personal trainer workout programs, a Dual-Grip precision response Heart Rate Monitor, and AirSoft impact reducing cushioning for the running surface - great for the most intense exercise workouts.

At the heart of the Image 17.0 R is a 1.5 CHP motor which is both smooth and very quite. It has plenty of power for walking, jogging, and running. If you plan on running, you shouldn't consider anything less than this model.

The deck of the Image 17.0 R also has AirSoft impact reducing cushioning reduces impact on your joints to ensure that you feel good both during and after your exercise session.

The Image 17.0 R Treadmill comes with with lots of different electronics, made to make your workout easier, safer, and more enjoyable. The 17.0 R has an easy-to-read ClearView™ Backlit Display (good for darker rooms).

The display tells you how many calories you have burned, the distance you have run, the speed you are at, and lots more.

The MyStep™ step counter keeps track of each step you take, while the RaceTrack™ progress monitor shows you visually where you're at in your workout. I feel this is a very handy visual reference.
