This entry level machine to HealthRider’s new range is powered by a 2.25 HP Commercial grade motor (usually only found in more expensive treadmills) driving an extra long 55″ quiet tread belt.
The HealthRider H90t is a “space saver” or folding treadmill and incorporates a shock-assisted manual folding with a self locking latch that folds up and out of the way when you’re workout is done.
The attractively styled control panel features a bright LED window displays your speed, time, distance, pulse and calories burned, so you that you can monitor your progress throughout your entire workout.
This treadmill has a total of 16 built-in iFIT Workouts, each of which have been designed by a certified personal trainer,

Drive motor
This treadmill utilizes a 2.25 HP commercial grade motor which delivers maintenance-free service with a high horsepower output for joggers or walkers. The “Endura” motor allows you to exercise for longer periods of time while maintaining smooth, consistent operation.
Tread belt
The model incorporates a 20″ wide running belt.Oher treadmills in this price range usually have narrower belts – you will appreciate the advantages of this larger running space when you come to use the treadmill.
Shock absorption
This model uses proprietary “Soft Track”cushioning to help reduce the impact on your joints.
Finger on the pulse

Speed control

Incline control
Similarly, a “Quick Incline” control is used to regulate incline. This feature allows you to electronically change the degree of slope up or down throughout your workout from the control panel. Simulate running uphill and add both challenge and variety to your exercise session.

Personal trainer workouts

Workout cooling fan
The treadmill is equipped with a workout cooling fan. This console mounted fan means that you can enjoy a cool refreshing breeze and stay cool and comfortable during the most vigorous workout.
Folding frame
Soft drop folding is employed in the folding mechanism. This is in essence a gas shock-assist “soft drop” feature that makes folding the machine away after use a breeze. The treadmill can then be gently dropped back into it’s operating position when it is time for your next workout.
