Earnings Disclosure for Product Reviews

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that I disclose any relationship I have between a product manufacturer or merchant when I write about a product.

Here are the guidelines that I operate under at TreadmillAdviser.com:

Firstly, I should state that I am never paid to produce a review. I never accept money to review a product and I invest my own time in order to do the necessary research in order to write the review.

Secondly, I need to make it clear that if there is a link on the review page that goes to a merchant's website, then I will be paid a small commission if someone purchases that product from the merchant.

You should be aware that the above does not effect the price you pay for the product or any of your legal or consumer rights.
